On the basis of risk analyses, we develop your strategy in accordance with Annex 1 for implementing the regulatory requirements for the CCS (Contamination Control Strategy).

Qualifizierung & Validierung

Einer unserer Schwerpunkte in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden ist die pragmatische auf Risiko basiertem Ansatz geplante und durchgeführte Qualifizierung und Validierung von Ausrüstungen, Prozessanlagen, TGA, Herstellungsprozessen, Reinigungen und Computersystemen. Gleichermaßen fühlen wir uns im Labor bei der Entwicklung und Validierung von Prüfmethoden zuhause.
Als ein Beispiel unserer innovativen Planung und Durchführung von Validierungen haben wir in Kooperation mit einer befreundeten Fachfirma
unseren aircheck4 entwickelt. Ein im GMP-Markt einzigartiges Präzisionsmessgerät zur ganzheitlichen Qualitätsmessung von Druckgasen (Druckluft/Stickstoff) unter der Bedingung des Annex 1 bzw. der DIN 8573.

Vielleicht kommen Ihnen solche Messvorgänge bekannt vor: Die umständlich und mit unterschiedlichen Geräten gemessenen Ergebnisse werden auf verschiedenste Art und Weise interpretiert. Dies ist besonders dann ein schwieriges Unterfangen, wenn Messungen mit Indikatoren nur nach dem Motto „schwarz-weiß“ ausfallen.
